The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery offer Independent Medical Evaluations, and QME.

Faculty providing independent medical examinations, workers compensation evaluations and consultations:

• Hamid Djalilian, MD - Hearing loss, ear diseases, ringing in the ears, dizziness, facial paralysis, skull base tumors, general ear nose and throat diseases.
• Sunil P. Verma, M.D. – Voice and Swallowing Disorders, General otolaryngology.
• Norman Harris, MD - General otolaryngology. Dr. Harris is a Qualified Medical Examiner certified by the state of California for Worker's Compensation injuries.
